Kwame D. Amporful is a co-founder and Partner of the firm, specializing in accounting and advisory services, governance, risk management, compliance, restructuring, and insolvency. He also serves on several boards, including as Board Chair of Fido Microcredit, June 30 Media, Everythinamazin.com, and Lumina Travel and Tours Ltd, and as a Director of GEKE Manufacturing.
Prior to co-founding Andersen in Ghana, Kwame spent nearly nine years at Prudential Bank, working within governance, risk management, and compliance functions.
Kwame is a Chartered Accountant (ACCA-UK and ICA-Ghana) and a Chartered Banker (CIBS-UK and CIB-Ghana). He holds an MBA from Bangor University, Wales (UK), and a Master of Legal Studies in Taxation from the University of San Francisco School of Law (USA). He is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor.
